The magic of team compatibility for idea generation
After sifting through 15 agencies in Southeast Asia, Raphael and Christian decided to go with Abstract to build the Deskimo MVP: an on-demand, multi-touchpoint experience that will make booking a desk easy.
The whole team jumped into a design sprint to validate core use cases and brainstorm possible value-added features.
Precise design solutions for all stages of the user journey
By understanding the different journeys and putting our prototype in front of users, we were able to identify an ideal book-a-desk-from-anywhere experience.
The result was an MVP that eliminated customer friction, setting the stage for a digital product that will do the heavy lifting for Deskimo’s ethos.
